Bob of Triton was clearly expert at repairing our freezer. He really had to go deep in, dismantle a lot, no easy job. His work turned out totally excellent!
Tony K. After struggling with trying to work out having no ice or water in my refrigerator, I decided to give an appliance company a call. I like to stay local so I called Triton. They were very courteous on the phone and they even offered to come out the same afternoon.
The technician came out and did a diagnostic of the refrigerator and ordered a part. When the part came in, unfortunately I had Covid and I had to cancel the appointment; the office staff were very friendly and called me every few days to see how I was feeling; when I finally tested negative, they sent a technician out to complete the repair.
Unfortunately, the first repair did not work. I contacted the company and within five minutes I was receiving calls, text messages and emails to ensure they captured my concern and they were willing to come out that same day to look at it again.
I have never seen a company so responsive to customer concerns. They agreed to send out a senior technician who came to my home and within one hour diagnosed the issue, went to the store to purchase a new part and completed the repair.
I like a company who stands behind their work and is so responsive. Even though the first repair didn't work my bill was adjusted and I will use them again.

tureg u. Woke up to find my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Was able to get an appointment and have someone come out in less than 2 hours to look at the issue. Vlad was very quick and efficient, identified the problem immediately, had all the parts necessary to fix the issue in his van and was able to fix it immediately. Within 3 hours of discovering the issue the fridge is already fixed and I was able to avoid what could have been a very stressful ordeal! Didn't even have to move any items out of the freezer!

Veet came right on time, emptied the freezer, took it apart, and found the issue. He showed me where the problem was, gave me an estimate for the repair, and after I accepted, fixed my freezer in about an hour. Veet even cleaned up the crumbs that had accumulated underneath the refrigerator. It's been a week now, and everything is still working perfectly.

Konstantin identified the issue (old sensor) right away and ordered the part. When he came back with the part, he fixed the dishwasher quickly. He also helped with fixing my dryer (need to replace the Dryer drum rollers) as well. He is such an expert on all the appliances.
